Update - regarding re-spec

Hello once more! For this update, we've concretely added an optional rule regarding re-specing (or rearranging) a character's Attributes and/or Skills.

When playing a system that has character investment options result in certain opportunities being either closed off or opened up as they grow, it can be annoying/unfun if a player realizes their goals or intentions can't be realized due to a misplaced Skill or Attribute or what have you.

This optional rule, if tables weren't already house-ruling it, provides a flavorful way to readjust a character. Instead of an arbitrary spreadsheet exercise, one may consider in-game reasons as to why a character is changed in some way.
